Now, to be fair, Julia Roberts is a hitter, folks. She's been at the top of her game since the late 80s and is still one of the biggest names in acting. She doesn't work as frequently now as she did before (we mean, why would you?) so the $20 million pay packets seem to be a thing of the past.

That said, Roberts worked for 4 days on the film Mother's Day, directed by her Pretty Woman helmer, Garry Marshal. For those few days work, she took home a handy $4 million. Not bad for just over half a week, is it?

The film also starred Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, office mancrush Timothy Olyphant, Jason Sudeikis and, eh, Jack Whitehall.

Those names didn't help it at the box office, though, as it struggled on opening weekend and has coined just $12 million so far.

Roberts will next be seen opposite George Clooney in the Jodie Foster directed Money Monster
