For those out there who loved John Wick (that's absolutely everyone, we presume) and are itching for more, then we've got some good news for you...

Keanu's kill count is about to get even higher after Lionsgate announced plans to make a sequel to John Wick. The team behind the first one and the star are all set to return too, as Reeves will reprise his role as Wick, while directors David Leitch and Chad Stahelski as well as screenwriter, Derek Kolstad are all back on board for the second movie.

Speaking about the decision, Jason Constantine, President of Acquisitions and Co-Productions for the company said "with such tremendous fan and critical support for John Wick, we knew that there was still so much more of this story to tell. We are thrilled that Keanu, David and Chad have re-teamed with us and promise to bring audiences even more excitement the second time around".

There were no details on a release date yet, but you can pretty much guarantee that we'll be there anyway. We're keeping every evening free for the next two years just to be sure...
