Joel Edgerton To Write And Star In Felony

One of the breakout stars of last year, Joel Edgerton has been set to star in the new flick, Felony.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Edgerton also wrote the script, about a police officer who has his life turned upside down when he's involved in an accident involving a cyclist. Matthew Saville is slated to direct the film, have predominately worked in television for his career so far. Edgerton has been working on the script for some time, and it and will be flogged to potential buyers this week at the Cannes Film Festival.

Edgerton did brilliant work in the criminally underrated Warrior, and also popped up in The Thing last year. He'll pop up in The Great Gatsby at the end of this year.
