Jeremy Renner To Join MI:4?

After a brilliant performance in last year's Oscar success, The Hurt Locker, Jeremy Renner is now very much an actor in demand. He's playing Hawkeye in The Avengers movie, will be working with P.T Anderson in another, and now looks likely to be joining Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible 4.
According to Deadline.com, an offer has gone out to Renner to play another agent in the Brad Bird directed flick. Bird, by the way, has directed the animated features The Incredibles and The Iron Giant, so knows a thing or two about good story. Renner would play a young agent who works alongside Cruise's Ethan Hunt.
You will next see Renner in Ben Affleck's sophomore directorial effort, The Town, which is a cracking heist movie, on September 24th.
