Jamie Foxx confirmed for The Amazing Spiderman 2!

This morning in the world of movies, we've got some juicy casting news for you. The Amazing Spiderman 2 has just signed thespian Dane DeHaan (Chronicle, Lawless) to the role of Harry Osborn. As per Total Film, this is the studio's way of leaning more towards the 'brooding outsider' type of character, when compared with Willem Dafoe's headstrong, somewhat charming interpretation of the role. We're with you there, TF.

What's more, we can also confirm that Django Unchained's Jamie Foxx and Shailene Woodley have now officially signed on the dotted line to play villain Electro and Mary-Jane Watson respectively. Looks like The Amazing Spider-Man 2's gonna be a good'un. Stay tuned for more updates!
