Two locals in Dubrovnik, Croatia have been charged with disorderly conduct, including racially abusive language, against Jamie Foxx.
A report by AP has it that Foxx was in a restaurant in the resort town filming Robin Hood: Origins when he was verbally abused by two diners there. The police report stated that "particularly arrogant and rude" comments were made, including "one of the guests on racial grounds." The police statement didn't specifically identify Foxx, however Foxx mentioned the incident on a since-deleted Instagram post.
Foxx is set to play John Little in Lionsgate's retelling of Robin Hood alongside Taron Egerton as the titular character. Croatian police are considering filing additional charges against the men involved in the incident.
