Dan Gilroy's Nightcrawler was undoubtedly one of Jake Gyllenhaal's best films in years, and reminded us how much range he has - and how terrifying he can be as well.

While it might not have been a major success in terms of box office - $50.3 million worldwide against a production budget of $8.3 million - it was critically lauded, and rightfully so. Deadline reports that the creative trio behind Nightcrawler - that's Gyllenhaal, Dan Gilroy, and Rene Russo - are reteaming for a new film set in the art world.

You might scoff and think that it'll be boring or won't work, but you only need to look at Nightcrawler or Michael Clayton to see that Gilroy can take an obscure topic and make it fascinating. The film has no title as of yet, and there isn't any word on genre or plot, but it's pretty exciting to see Gilroy behind the camer and Gyllenhaal and Russo in front of the camera again.
