JJ Abrams for Lance Armstrong movie. But who will play the man himself?
It was only a matter of time before a well regarded director swooped in to claim the story of Lance Armstrong's fall from grace for himself. No doubt the movers and shakers in Hollywood were lining up around corners to get a hold of this but only one man reigned supreme; Star Trek director JJ Abrams. Abrams has reportedly bought the rights to a biography that hasn't yet been penned, titled 'Cycle of Lies: The Fall of Lance Armstrong.'
The book will be written by New York Times reporter Juliet Macur. Why Macur? She's known to have covered Armstrong's rise and fall throughout the last decade.
As for the movie, there's only one question on our minds; which Hollywood A-Lister will jump at the chance to play this part? Which thespian would do the role justice? As it stands there's only one name swirling around our heads and that's Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

You need someone a bit older to play the role. I would say James Franco, Matt Damon, Jake Gyllenhall are good prospects too
