Emily Blunt To Join Tom Cruise In All You Need Is Kill

The always adorable Emily Blunt is in negotiations to star opposite Tom Cruise in Doug Liman's sci-fi war tale All You Need Is Kill, says Heat Vision.

Cruise, who is coming off of the biggest hit of his career with Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, plays a "recruit killed in action who is reborn each day to fight, and die, over and over. He begins trying to train himself to be a better soldier in hope of changing his fate. Blunt will play Valkyrie One, one of humankind’s best soldiers." Liman last shifted gears directing Fair Game, and has made some cracking films in his time (my personal favourite Swingers, as well as the ace Go and seminal first Bourne film).

Looking forward to this - think it could be a lot of fun.
