A young Australian actor has beaten out the likes of Ben Foster, Aaron Paul and Paul Walker to play Bruce Willis' son in a fifth Die Hard movie.

According to a press release from Fox, Jai Courtney (who's probably best known for his work on TV series Spartacus: Blood and Sand), will star in Irishman, John Moore's first film since Max Payne, which has been hilariously titled, A Good Day to Die Hard. The last film wasn’t a bad action flick, but it was nowhere near as good (as even) the sequels; that said, the first Die Hard is still pretty much the action template most movies follow.

Good to see an Irish director doing well regardless.
