Not to put too fine a point on it, but if you have heart surgery and your first words post-operation are your most favourite catchphrase, that demonstrates an insane commitment to the bit and it just demands your respect.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is in a stable condition following a catheter valve replacement procedure on his pulmonic valve, and made the comments - according to his spokesperson, anyway - immediately after the surgery was complete. Schwarzenegger admitted in his memoir that he kept the initial surgery twenty years ago a secret from his wife, Maria Shriver, and stressed that the condition had nothing to do with steroids and was a congenital condition.

At 70 years of age, Schwarzenegger seems in no way bothered about his work schedule and is scheduled to star - this'll be the sixth one, by our count - an adaptation of Kung Fury with Michael Fassbender, a long-awaited sequel to Conan The Barbarian, not to mention Triplets with Danny DeVito and Eddie Murphy and who knows what else.

Four decades, nothing but net!
