Any Budding Filmmakers Out There?
Online youth mental health service, ReachOut.com, is kicking off its annual Inspire a Generation Short Film Competition, offering one talented filmmaker the chance to win a €2,000 bursary and a coveted internship with leading Irish Ad Agency, Cawley-Nea. The runner-up will receive €1,000 and the second runner-up will win €500.
Now in its second year, the competition calls budding filmmakers and animators, aged between 18 and 30, to create a 90-120 second short film or animation exploring youth mental health related topics in a positive light. The winning entry, which will also be featured on ReachOut.com, should promote constructive attitudes, challenge stereotypes and demonstrate how young people can get through tough times.
