Andrew Garfield is reluctant to make a Spiderman 4 it seems. The star is signed up to make two other movies following the success of The Amazing Spiderman but seems non committal on a fourth.

Speaking about the prospect of a fourth film Garfield said, 'I mean I'm under contract for another one after this,As far as a fourth one? That's not anything to do with me.' So even if they want to make a fourth it looks like Garfield will be handing over his web. The reboot came under some criticism when it was released earlier this year but Garfield was quick to talk how the next movie improves upon the first.

'I think what we're doing here is we've established the world. And now we get to really play inside that world. I think there was something missing in the first one because our focus wasn't on character as much we were trying to keep a number of plates spinning in the air. '

Garfield also said he was reduced to tears when he first heard the plot to the next film. Steady on there. 'I sat with [writers] Bob Orci and Alex Kurtzman in a restaurant for lunch in New York, and they pitched me this movie...And I was crying,' I was really emotionally moved by what they said to me. And I think a lot of my emotion was because these two guys love the character as much as I do,' he said.

The Amazing Spiderman 2 recently dropped a trailer for the movie you can check it out below. The sequel opens in cinemas on the 18th April 2014.
