Originally scheduled for release in early 2015, this Franck Khalfoun helmed horror has had its fair share of ups and downs.

Changes in production company, script rewrites and an Oscar nominee for lead Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hateful Eight) meant the movies release was delayed several times and nearly scrapped at one point.

Thankfully those issues have been resolved and it will now be released on Google Play and can be streamed for free from October 12th to November 8th.

Leigh plays a single mother who moves her family into a suspiciously cheap house near the hospital where her son (Cameron Monaghan) is in a coma. What could possibly go wrong?

Bella Thorne plays her daughter who begins to suspect that something is amiss. Check out the latest clip that has just been released-
