Amber Heard Joins Paranoia
The extremely attractive and talented actress, Amber Heard will join Liam Hemsworth, Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman in Legally Blonde director Robert Luketic's long-gestating flick, Paranoia, says Variety.
According to the trade bible, the flick will centre on "a young office worker (the currently very popular Hemsworth) who throws a lavish retirement party for a colleague with company funds. Caught by his boss and accused of embezzlement, he is coerced into infiltrating a rival company's top secret project." Heard was starring in the short-lived series The Playboy Club, and has just appeared opposite Johnny Depp in the poorly received, The Rum Diary. She's gathering serious momentum as a leading actress, and there's a definite edgy, Angelina Jolie-like vibe from her.
She was ace in an otherwise poor John Carpenter flick, The Ward and I'd expect her star to continue to rise.
