We're big Jennifer Lawrence fans in here on account of her being so down to Earth (and hot, did we mention that she's hot?). However, given her choice of career - she's an actress, for those of you who've been residing under a rock - saying 'acting is stupid' is probably a little more self deprecating than necessary. Especially considering she's a bloody good actress too. Still though, this makes her even more likeable. The Hunger Games star remains bemused as to why people would expect her to get a big head upon experiencing success when her job is considerably less significant when compared with so many others, like those in the medical profession for example.

In a Vanity Fair interview, the actress who most recently appeared in Silver Linings Playbook said: "Not to sound rude, but [acting] is stupid... Everybody's like, 'How can you remain with a level head?' And I'm like, 'Why would I ever get cocky?' I'm not saving anybody's life. There are doctors who save lives and firemen who run into burning buildings. I'm making movies. It's stupid."

Oh Jennifer, could you stop being so cool and the envy of women everywhere for TWO SECONDS? Thank you kindly.
