We've just been sent this press release via the good people at TV3 regarding the article in today's Irish Daily Mirror:
"TV3 wishes to confirm that a further series of the major hit programme 'The Apprentice' is currently in planning for a return next year and that a tabloid newspaper report to the contrary is untrue and misleading to our audience and commercial partners. No contact was made by the newspaper with TV3 regarding the story (the guts of which you can read here). The programme has become a major commercial and ratings success for TV3 since it began over 3 years ago and continues to attract substantial audiences reaching 634,000 viewers per episode or two million viewers since its return on October 3rd."
