The best way of confronting mental demons is head on and with as much dignity as one can muster. This is probably why Britney has chosen to "dramatise" her breakdown in the three acts of her upcoming Circus stage show... that or papa Jamie knew it was the best way of marketing a blisteringly premature comeback. A "tour insider" speaking to The Sun said:

"The first act sees the miserable star run away to join the circus. This mirrors her slide into unhinged behaviour. Her disturbing antics while suffering her meltdown are the focus of the second act, which takes place in the circus. Brit is seen having fun in this crazy world and falling in love with a circus freak. The final act focuses on Britney’s salvation. She manages to prise herself away from the clutches of the circus to be reunited with her friends and family." Who are pushing her into the spotlight FAR too soon and, ohhhh, wrote a tell all book for a few bob.

For those who want to follow the circus, the tour allegedly commences on the 3rd March in New Orleans, "stopping in cities including Los Angeles and London".
