Meg Ryan puts home on the market again

Meg Ryan has put her Bel Air mansion on the market for the third time.

The 'Sleepless In Seattle' actress purchased the stunning property 12 years ago but has been trying to sell it since October 2008.

So she has now put it up for sale again after dropping the asking price from $19.2 million to $14.2 million.

According to Zillow.com, the purchaser can enjoy a ''museum quality'' restoration with stenciled and painted wood ceilings and tiles as well as wrought-iron work details and archways.

The six-bedroom property is set back from the road behind walls and thick hedges and sits on just under three quarters of an acre.

As well as six-bedrooms, the mansion boasts seven bathrooms, two family rooms, a film-screening room, separate bar off the kitchen and a huge master suite.

Outside, there is a swimming pool, guest house and several outdoor living spaces.

However, if she doesn't sell the property, Meg - who has two children, Jack, 20, and seven-year-old Daisy - is prepared to rent out the luxurious home for $40,000 a month.
