If your school was anything like ours growing up, the 'sex education' aspect of the curriculum was basically either non-existent or brushed over

It seems that Lady Bird star Saoirse Ronan had exactly the same experience, too, as she revealed during an interview for her new film 'On Chesil Beach'.

In the film, her character gleans information about sex from a 'sex manual' and when asked about her experience in real-life, her answer was fairly amusing.

"Oh gosh, y'know... Books, the schoolyard," she said. "I think we all got most of our info from, like, the one kid who knew everything about sex somehow. We had a kid in our school... I remember he used to charge us like, 20 cents so that we could get information. This is when we were kids. He was like, 'If you wanna know… Meet me in the basketball court and bring 20 cent with you - otherwise I’m not telling you.'"

We're now desperate to find the young entrepreneur whose claim to fame is selling tidbits about sex to an Oscar-nominated actress.
