The Disney Channel movie High School Musical is over ten years old and while some loved its chessiness and others hated it, the fact that it inspired two sequels, international versions and stage musicals since is a testament to its success.

Ashley Tisdale and Lucas Grabeel, who played the competitive, all-singing, all-dancing twins Sharpay and Ryan Evans in the movies, reunited this week and reminisced about the film that started it all.

Apparently the two didn’t even like each other at first – but it’s clear that’s changed since as they’re full of compliments for one another and lovely memories.
