Christoph Waltz is never one to mince his words (except maybe when it comes to lying about being a certain legendary villain in 'James Bond'), and that was no different when he was interviewed by Sky News yesterday and Brexit and Nigel Farage came up in conversation.

After the UKIP leader announced that he was stepping down, the actor shared his thoughts on it and, seeing as he's an Austrian-German actor, it was clear that he was pro-Europe and not at all impressed by what's gone down in the UK.

"Well, I mean, of course the head rat would leave the sinking ship,"Waltz told Sky News. "It’s inevitable, you know. They tried to dress it up as a heroic exit — no, it’s conceding defeat. It’s putting the tail between their legs and as rats do, leave the sinking ship, leave the mess for others to clean up and retreat into some profitable other business. That shows you how despicable these people are that they can’t even stand up for what they caused."
