He may not look like a superhero (in fact, he's starting to resemble Benicio Del Toro more with each passing day), but Brad Pitt's got the next best Spidey Sense going, and that's Daddy Sense - he can knows a child in trouble when he sees one.

The 52-year-old actor is currently filming WWII drama (hence the get up) Allied in Gran Canaria, and he took some time to meet the fans that gathered en masse on the set.  While he took a short walk about, smiling and waving, he spotted a 6-year-old girl being swamped by the sea of smart phones. He pointed wildly, before running over to help hoist the girl up. Then two bodyguard pull her to safety.

Then, ensuring the child was OK, he casually wanders back towards (presumably) his trailer. All in a day's work for a Super Dad.

If you're interested in the film itself, it's due for release late November, is directed by Robert Zemeckis, and co-stars Marion Cotillard, Lizzy Caplan, and Matthew Goode.
