Travolta now getting 'sued' by author

Well, it makes a refreshing change from being accused of sexual assault by sailors and masseurs.

"Author" Robert Randolph penned a book entitled You'll Never Spa In This Town Again, in which he makes claims the Pulp Fiction actor enjoyed gay sexual relations (ah, there's just no escaping it) in Los Angeles' City Spa in the 1990s. And now he's suing Travolta for "tarnishing his reputation." Somewhere there's a pot pointing at a kettle.

His lawsuit claims John and his lawyer Marty Singer had falsely claimed he had serious mental problems and had spent time in a psychiatric hospital, to try and make him out to be an unreliable source and prevent other media and booksellers writing about or carrying his tome.

Both John, 58, and Marty have issued statements branding the lawsuit "ridiculous."

A representative for the Hairspray star said: "The lawsuit filed by Robert Randolph is absurd. The suit is based on a privileged communication, and it will promptly be thrown out by the court. To evaluate the credibility of Robert Randolph and his ridiculous lawsuit one need look no further than his own statements published on his website stating that he sustained 'permanent brain damage' and had to 'retrain' his brain."

Marty echoed these claims, saying: "We intend to sue the attorneys for malicious prosecution after the court promptly dismisses this baseless lawsuit."

John - who is (tentatively) married to actress Kelly Preston - has been dogged by a number of claims of sexual misconduct from a number of male masseurs since the publication of You'll Never Spa In This Town Again.

Funny how the worms come out when someone with a big shovel comes to town, eh? Again, to rant on private life, it's called private for a reason. If these muppets can't handle the backlash, they shouldn't dish out crap about people in their horribly titled books. Whether he's gay or not makes no difference, they should mind their own business. What is with the US? They're just so desperate to out everyone.

All I'm saying is that there's a fine line between 'massage' and a 'happy ending'. Just look at the guy (not Travolta, the guy behind him in the photo). Now tell me you wouldn't be tempted. I don't care if you're hetro, homo, bi or tri - with a face like that you're going to let your fingers do the talking.
