Tom Cruise wants to save marriage with Katie Holmes?
We've made a conscious effort to stop reporting on Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes rumblings because we're fairly sick of it at this stage too, unless it's something particularly juicy of course. There seems to be something new popping up every day, sometimes two and three times per day and most of the time, it's not even news.
If someone could patent all things said about the TomKat divorce, they'd be a very wealthy individual.
Anyhoo this story caught our eye though so we thought we'd share. Apparently Tom wants to save his marriage with Katie. Their divorce proceedings kick off next week in court but rumours today sugest Tom wants to meet Katie in advance of any official meetings to prevent the private details of their relationship from leaking out into the public.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: 'Tom either doesn't get it or doesn't believe that his marriage is ending. He feels there is still time for Katie and him to sit down and sort out a compromise... He knows that they are days away from a huge public court clash and stopping that or at least making it as amicable as possible are his goals. He feels he can still communicate with Katie and wants to sit down with her one on one... The lawyers are working away, but Tom reckons he is the best one to communicate with his wife. He reckons he can delay the hearing or come to an interim agreement.'
What kind of agreement? One where they get back together? OR is he hoping for a private meeting so he can cast some sort of alien scientology spell on her? That could quite possibly be true, you just don't know.
Tom was said to be 'blindsided' when Katie filed for divorce after five years of marriage back in June. Currently, lawyers for both parties are said to be in talks to settle issues including child custody, visitation and child support for their six-year-old daughter Suri and property division.
Whatever reasons for their split should surface over the coming weeks, we're pretty damn sure it's mostly to do with his devotion to his sci fi cult and how Tom's obsession with said cult could affect their daughter as she grows up.

Destructive cult or benign religion? Orthodox religions don’t strive to gain control over your money and everyday life. Cults that are high control are Scientologist and the cult that I was in the Jehovah's Witnesses.Scientology teaches that humans are infected by the souls of dead aliens called Thetans. Jehovah's Witnesses teach Jesus had his second coming invisibly October 5th or 6th 1914. Benevolent religions offer hope, compassion, and want peace for your fellow man - even the nonbelievers. A cult wants power, money, and obedience. All the outsiders must be destroyed. I think that's the big distinction between two different belief systems. --- Danny Haszard FMI dannyhaszard(dot)com
