The boy does indeed move quickly. There was no caption with the below Instagram, but given the 23-year-old appears to be topless and they're both making kissy faces one can assume the obvious.
According to People Magazine: "Several commenters on Instagram noted that the female in question may in fact be Gage Golightly, an actress best known as Erica Reyes on MTV's Teen Wolf. However, the actress shot down the rumors on Sunday in an Instagram post of her own."
As for the rumours circulating about Zayn's ex-fiance, Perrie Edwards, being on Tinder, the Little Mix denied being on the dating app. Speaking with Spin's Fully Charged she said she'd be afraid of getting catfished. When asked could presenters Cormac and Daniella set her up when she's in Dublin, she said she'd love a "man not a boy."
