We weren't surprised to hear that Justin Bieber had been arrested with a DUI. What we were surprised about, however, was how oddly happy he appears to be about it. Now you may speculate amongst yourselves as to why he's grinning like a cheshire cat here, but perhaps it's plain to see that the effects of why he was arrested in the first place had yet to wear off.
