Nicki Minaj is now setting up a charity to repay student debt

As we reported last week, Nicki Minaj managed to pay off close to $17,000 in student debts, tuition fees and so on for some of her most fervent fans.

Not unsurprisingly, Minaj won huge praise for the move and today shared an e-mail with a status report on how the payments worked out and the reaction. As well as this, Minaj also announced that she's working on setting up a charity that will help students repay their loans for college and provide much-needed funds for books and equipment.

This makes me so happy. [A few from the other day] I'll do another impromptu payment spree in a month or 2 but pls know that I'm launching my official charity for Student Loans/Tuition Payments VERY SOON! You'll be able to officially sign up! I'll keep you posted! ðŸŽ€

You have to give credit to Minaj, she said she'd help with something and she did - and she's planning to do more of it - especially you consider that the current US President, Donald Trump, used other's people money to make himself like a charitable guy. In any case, fair play to her following through.
