When Mel B aka Scary Spice announced her separation from husband Stephen Belafonte, the result court documents opened a whole can of worms regarding their private life.

Having filed for divorce in March, in April she obtained a restraining order against him - alleging years of physical and emotional abuse, that she had been bullied into threesomes with other women and that he got their daughter's nanny pregnant and forced her to have an abortion. Earlier this month, she requested that the order be lifted.

Now it seems that the Spice Girl can finally draw a line in the sand under her 10-year marriage as a settlement in their divorce has reportedly been reached.

It will see Belafonte being paid £6.5 million (€7.3 million), as well as £3.5 million (€3.9 million) from the sale of the home they shared, and the former couple will share custody of their 6-year-old daughter Madison.

Another condition of the settlement is that Belafonte must destroy any compromising material of Brown, following reports that he was in possession of a number of sex tapes.

Now, on to that Spice Girls reunion...
