For once, Helena Bonham Carter's trademark Westwood barrel basque looks like the best thing on a red carpet. I know, Helena, you look normal. For shame.

Anne Hathaway is wearing reverse superhero bedspread suffering a bout of the pox. Givenchy is responsible for this. The back is slightly better. Slightly.

Amanda Seyfried wore what The Daily Mail are describing as 'Futuristic Flamenco.' I'd wager this Balenciaga offering is more 'Tired Cocktail Dress Circa 1988.'

Can you believe people pay actual money for these! BAAHAHAHA!

Moving on to the rest of the guest list: Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Ellie 'no bra' Goulding, Gillian Anderson, a very dashing Sacha Baron Cohen, and Stephen Fry all looked very lovely. Isla Fisher, not so much.

Overlooking that fact that she looks frozen, the dress does not suit her. It looks like a sea themed nightie that widens her where it shouldn't and barely cups her where it should.
