If anyone’s testicles are going to cause drama, it’s Justin Bieber’s. Heck, only yesterday, they made an ‘appearance’ on Selena Gomez’s Instagram after her account was hacked.

Now in this latest news, a former employee at Northwell Health in Long Island is being accused of illegally accessing Justin Bieber's medical file after the pop star was admitted to the hospital for an injury related to his testicles.

According to Billboard (via TMZ), Bieber visited Northwell Health on May 18th due to fears that he had twisted a testicle playing soccer. Kelly Lombardo, who was a staff member at the emergency room at Northwell, is taking legal action after being fired over accusations that she illegally accessed Bieber's medical file during his visit.

Lombardo alleges that while she did hear a rumour that Bieber was in the hospital for a STI, she didn’t believe the rumour nor did she have access to Bieber’s file or make contact with him. When she denied the accusations to her employers, they implied that as a young female, she must have been curious to know why Bieber was in the hospital.

New York employment attorney David H. Rosenberg, who is representing Lombardo, says: "My client never accessed Mr. Bieber's medical file. She was falsely accused of doing it because of her gender. We look forward to vigorously prosecuting these claims at the New York Division of Human Rights."
