Vince Vaughn's Sunday didn't get off to a great start after he was arrested for DUI (driving under the influence) in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The Wedding Crashers actor was reportedly stopped at a DUI checkpoint south of Los Angeles, where he had a male passenger, and subsequently failed the test.
Manhattan Beach PD released a statement saying: "On the evening of June 9, 2018, the Manhattan Beach Police Department conducted a DUI checkpoint on Artesia Blvd. at Prospect Ave. At approximately 12:30 am on June 10, 2018, Vincent Vaughn entered the DUI checkpoint and was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Vaughn was released after being issued a citation to appear in court."
TMZ reported that both men were 'uncooperative' at first and refused to get out of the car, claiming that Vaughn was cited for a misdemeanour DUI and obstructing an officer, and the unnamed passenger was cited for obstructing an officer and public intoxication.
His wife Kaya Weber was spotted picking him up from the station yesterday, while his mugshot has also been released, which you can see below:
