Cadbury promises a day of Easter fun on Saturday, April 19th with their choctastic Easter Egg Trail in Dublin's Merrion Square. Families can enjoy loads and loads of fun activities AND a free delicious Cadbury Easter Egg when they complete the trail. But the best thing? It's all in support of Barnardos.

The adventurous and fun-loving families that attend the Cadbury Easter Egg Trail in Support of Barnardos are also invited to help Cadbury set a new World Record for the biggest Egg 'n' Spoon race - how much fun would that be? - and everyone who takes part will get free Cadbury treats.

Other activities to join in on include storytelling, face painting, sack racing, three legged racing, balloon modeling and Victorian games in the Cadbury Eggsplorer village. Also, families will be rewarded throughout the day with tasty treats from Cadbury and friends from Mondeléz, including The Natural Confectionary Company, Barny biscuits, Oreos, Wispa hot chocolate and Kenco Millicano.

TV presenter and 'mumbassador' for the Cadbury Easter Egg Trail in Support of Barnardos Lucy Kennedy says, 'This is a fantastic event for all the family to enjoy, knowing that they are helping to raise much needed funds for Barnardos and the wonderful work they do to help thousands of vulnerable children and families in Ireland.'

Ruth Guy, Barnardos Director of Fundraising and Marketing, added, 'Barnardos is delighted to be the charity partner for this wonderful family event. Thanks to Cadbury and Mondeléz, 100% of ticket sales will go directly to Barnardos work with vulnerable children and families across Ireland.'

There are two great events to choose from, one in the morning from 10am - 1pm or one in the afternoon from 2pm - 5pm. Family tickets are only €20 and every cent goes to Barnardos to help them in their highly important work with children all over the country. Purchase your ticket on the Cadbury Easter Egg Trail website, www.eastereggtrail.com, by clicking the Irish flag.
