Demi wants Moore money from Ashton?
This is interesting, given that - up until this point - we've been led to believe he was looking for extra sponds off her.
The former couple called time on their marriage in November 2011 but Ashton only filed divorce papers on Friday (21.12.12) and reports suggest they cannot agree on a settlement.
A source told TMZ: "The sticking point in the divorce has been that Demi wanted the same type of settlement from Ashton that she got from [her former husband] Bruce Willis."
While the details of Bruce and Demi's settlement have never been made public, it is believed the 50-year-old actress' share was extremely generous. Possibly because she had three kids for him.
According to the documents filed in Los Angeles, Ashton, 34, has cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their split and is not seeking spousal support - because he's the richest person in all of TV land *twirls*
The divorce papers suggest that their property rights will be worked out later.
Ashton and Demi, who were married in September 2005, have no children together but he is reportedly still close with her three sproglings Rumer, 24, Scout, 21, and Tallulah, 18.
So close in fact that they've been intermittently cutting off contact with their mother because she insists they have nothing more to do with him.
