Chloe Grace Moretz has finally spoken out about that time she threw shade at Kim Kardashian - remember when she broke the internet? It was the bare bum one, the most recent one; yes there have been many - only to then find herself on the receiving end of the body shaming police. The Bad Neighbors 2 actress felt Kim was doing her young role models no favours in suggesting they have nothing more to offer than their physical bodies - which a lot of people agreed with - while Kim hit back at not just Chloe but everyone, saying that it's her beautiful body and she can do whatever she damn well pleases with it.

Still, though, Chloe is standing by her words and we commend her for that. In an interview with Glamour magazine, for which she graces the June cover, she says: "I had just gotten off a plane from South Korea, I was incredibly jet-lagged, and I couldn't take one more thing. I saw that photo, and I had to say something."

"That picture wasn't linked to body confidence. It wasn't a #BodyConfidence or #LoveWhoYouAre. It was done in a slightly voyeuristic light, which I felt was a little inappropriate for young women to see."

"I would hate for young women to feel they need to post certain photos in order to gain likes, retweets, favourites, and male attention ... I wasn't slut shaming. It's not about body shaming."

"I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than our bodies."

"There's a huge difference in respecting the platform that you're given as a celebrity and 'slut shaming,' something I never have done and would never do."

Would you agree?
