Yes folks, we now have ANOTHER Kardashian to keep up with. Kim's sister Courtney, 33, and her partner Scott Disick have welcomed a brand new baby girl into the world - Penelope Scotland Disick.

What do we think of the name? Well for starters we thought she'd go for something beginning with K or C, given how smoothly it'd run into that famous Kardashian surname of theirs but at least Penelope is a genuine girl's name; it's not a colour or a fruit or a month of the year so for that, it gets our thumbs up. But Scotland? I'm assuming that's relating to the fact that her dad's name is Scott but if you know of a more meaningful reason, do let us know.

Anyhoo, the little tot was born just yesterday at the Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in LA, coming in at 7 pounds 14 ounces. Releasing a statement to E!, a delighted Kourtney said: "Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably."

E! report that the birth was completely natural and quite an effortless one too.

"It was a great. She had an easy delivery... "[Penelope] is so cute. She looks just like Mason. She's so beautiful. We are so happy," said Penelope's nana, Kris Jenner.

Penelope is little sister now to their son Mason, aged two.

While it's great reading about it and all, what true fans of the family really want to know is if they'll get to see the birth on TV. I know, some people are genuinely THAT fanatical about all things Kardashian. I didn't catch it myself but apparently the birth of their son Mason was just 'must see TV' as E! put it. So will they do the same for baby number two?

Speaking on The Tonight Show a few weeks ago, Kourt said "I don't know... We're gonna film it again ourselves, and honestly, my experience last time was so peaceful and calm and everything you don't see in the movies. And I really wanted to share that with people so they knew it doesn't have to be a crazy screaming session."

We wait with baited breath.

Congrats from all at entertainment.ie!
