Amy Winehouse's Camden Home Up For Sale
Would you like to live in the late Amy Winehouse's Camden gaf? Not sure any of us have 3.3 million Euro to spare, but if you do below are some of the details. It's now been 10 months since she passed and, reported this morning, Amy's family have come to a decision to sell her house as they feel it wouldn't be right for them to move in.
Speaking to The Sun a spokesperson of the family said: "The Winehouses have decided to put the house on the market, with great regret... Amy loved that house but none of the family felt it appropriate that they should live in it... It was not practical to keep it empty while paying for its upkeep. It is a wonderful place and will be a happy family home for someone."
So let's just imagine for a moment that Loyd Grossman's having a root around the house. What could we expect to find?
According to House Network, the house comes complete with "impressive three double bedroom, three reception room semi-detached period villa with well-proportioned private front and rear gardens." It's also held on to quite a few original features despite upgrading with a few mod cons. Maybe Johnny Robinson will suss it out. (FYI, unless you watched X Factor 2011, that modern cons reference will mean diddly squat to you). What's more, it's got CCTV as per the sales pitch advertisement.
Mitch Winehouse, Amy's father has said "It is empty and costing a fortune to secure it. Amy and I both worked on the house and she loved it so much... I hope a lovely family buys it as it is so full of love."
