Amy Schumer, from an outer perspective, may have had the year of years but coming from her, it sounds like the last twelve months have been pretty challenging.

In an interview with Howard Stern this week, Schumer, who's promoting her new memoir 'The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo', spoke about the fact that she's (somewhat surprisingly) an introvert and hates celebrity parties and networking, and in particular the Met Gala that she attended earlier this year.

"I left, not the second I could; I left earlier than I should have been allowed," Schumer told Stern. "I got to meet Beyoncé, and she was like, ‘Is this your first Met Gala?’ and I was like, ‘It’s my last.’"

Fashion, in turns out, really isn't her thing either and she hated the dressing up part, saying of the Met Gala, "We’re dressed up like a bunch of f*cking assholes."

"I don’t like it,” she said of the fashion industry. "I have no interest in fashion... I don’t care... I don’t think it’s stupid; there’s no moral reasoning... It’s just not my thing. I just have this sense of entitlement that I should be able to feel comfortable at all times, like I could go to bed at any moment in what I’m wearing."

We go to bed in what we're wearing all the time, although most of that is accidental napping.
