Although there's been no official statement or confirmation yet, it's been reported that all five Spice Girls - that's Geri Haliwell, Mel C, Mel B, Emma Bunton AND Victoria Beckham - are set to reunite in 2018 for a TV special and a compilation album.

The Sun reports that a round of secret talks took place - it actually sounds like some global trade agreement - with Victoria Beckham being the hold-out. Previously, the singer-turned-fashion guru had scuppered previous attempts to get the group back together, however it seems recent developments have helped to thaw the ice between them.

The Sun's source says that plans are "at the moment are still in the early stages, and everything involving the girls tends to be complicated because they are so busy." Spice Girls were last seen on stage together in 2012 for the opening night of the musical Viva Forever! Before that, the last time they performed together was at the closing ceremony for the 2012 London Olympics.

Live shows, however, remain unlikely and were not mentioned by the Sun's source - but considering the success of previous reunion tours, even the ones they've done, might make them change their mind.

In the meantime, here's that time the five of them were on Carnew St. in Stoneybatter.
