British Comedy Award Nominations

ComedyBrit

Despite last year's British Comedy Awards being about as funny as Miranda Hart falling over every two seconds, they're back this year - with Miranda Hart's toppling over abilities getting the usual amount of recognition.

Here be the list in full. In short, everything you've not laughed at all year will win (like Fresh Meat, This is Jinsy, etc) while shining lights like Spy, and Charlie Brooker in How TV Ruined Your Life/10 O'Clock Live won't win a sausage... Although I'm not sure Charlie should win anything after last night's installment of Black Mirror. It was always going to be hard to top essentially David Cameron fornicating with a pig for an hour, but last night was so boring the 'pause' followed by the 'fwd' button was used on more than a few occaisions. Although wife *shudders* Konnie Huq did co-write this installment with him, so that would explain a lot.
