Tindersticks - Simple Pleasure
Review Date: 23 August 1999
It seems the taster from Tindersticks' fourth album proper, Can We Start Again?, wasn't a fluke. After years of whining about unrequited love, loss and general emotional poverty, the band have finally discovered their pop sensibilities. And regardless of how that sounds, this is not a bad thing.
