Now that his You're A Star adventure is well and truly over, is there life for Mickey Harte after Eurovision? On the evidence of Sometimes Right, Sometimes Wrong, it seems a bit doubtful - there are certainly some good moments here, but they're sandwiched in between an awful lot of Ronan Keating-style mediocrity. Tellingly, while the Donegal man claims to have written hundreds of songs, only six of the ten here come from his own hand - a strange decision when you consider that the others include rather pointless runthroughs of Paul Brady's 'The Island' and The Undertones' 'Teenage Kicks'. Occasionally, Harte's star quality does shine through - he has an engagingly sturdy voice and his own compositions, while lyrically cliched, have a certain quiet charm. So, on this evidence, he's still a contender - but question marks remain over his ability to stay the distance.
