Don't be fooled by the title - her latest release suggests that absolutely nothing has changed in Celine Dion's world and, at this stage, it's hard to believe that anything ever will. Instead we're treated to exactly the same blend of power ballads, overwrought disco and bombastic pop 'anthems' that's made her one of the biggest recording artists in the world. Dion's syrupy, self-regarding vocal posturings may be bearable in small doses, but by the end of a whole album's worth it feels like a form of torture that Mary Robinson might want to sort out. The only half-decent tracks here are showtune covers (Glenn Miller's 'At Last' and Nat King Cole's 'Nature Boy'), where you realise what a genuinely amazing voice she has and what she could do if she tried. The rest is MOR hell.
