Bob Dylan - Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits Vol. 2
Review Date: 30 May 2000
It's a long, long way from 1972 to 1997. These two years mark the dates spanned by the material compiled on this album, but while the former era has Bob at his best, on 'Subterranean Homesick Blues' and 'Simple Twist of Fate', and excepting 1997's 'Time Out of Mind' something of a return to form the chronological sequencing of the tracks of 'The Best Of', makes the musical gap all the more significant.
