Ehhh, eventually we all die, dude. Jeesh, the compassion in this country overwhelms me.

Does the saying "respect for the dead" mean anything anymore. Elizabeth Taylor has done so much for the movie industry since she was a young girl and for many years thereafter. She did not receive the title "Dame" for nothing. She was also involved in many charities and has helped thousands of people through her kindness over the years. She is an actress who will be sorely missed by her fellow actors and fans alike. This is one LADY who has earned to be RESPECTED whether in life or death. R.I.P. Elizabeth. Linda

Well said, Linda, very true.

She was not only truly, memorably beautiful, she deserved the moniker"iconic",a word that is bandied about all too frequently now. There is a really good article in todays"Times" by Camille Paglia about her,it is worth a look. And Bosco...that is not a very nice thing to say!!!

More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me.

The funny part about this film was the geeky guy getting with the hot, popular girl. You think that a serial killer returning for the fourth time is unlikely? Nothing as unlikely as that pair!

Queen Elizabeth's visit to Ireland was absolutely wonderful, just what the Country needed. Lifted everybodys spirits and gave a brilliant image of Ireland to the whole world. Concert was fab. Well done to all concerned, great to have a good news story for a change.

The visit of Queen Elizabeth and President Obama, was supposed to bring more money into the country. Suurrrreee, more money was spent on snipers and bomb checks, Lizzy wasn't gonna get bombed, all the protesters (seen closely on tv were mostly teens :P ) she woulda been grand, sure she can walk up stairs better than my granny fair play to the woman. xD

I think this was an amazing film, hanna really inspired me and i thought she was perfect for the part!all the actors fitted their characters very well.we were also kept in suspense and did'nt know if the father or hanna(saoirse ronan) would die.The winter scene at the start of the film was excellently captured .I would highly recommend this film and would definitely give it 5 stars!:)

Saw Bridesmaids today with my wife, guys beware this is a chick flick and if you think it is like hanover 2 you are going to be disappointed it doesnt come anywhere near it. There are some funny scenes in the film but they wont have you busting a gut and at approx 2 hours long I was glad to see the end credits.

Fionn Regan's Shadow of an Empire is by far the most underrated album release by any Irish artist this year. The voice of Irish cloud gazing daydreamers!
