AVATAR: Video Interviews with Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana and Stephen Lang

Movie Feature

14 December 2009 (Movie Video Interview)

It's been 12 years since James Cameron declared himself 'King of the World' after picking up, a record equalling, 11 Oscars for Titanic. He took his time coming back, developing an all new 3D technology, so he could make his passion project, AVATAR, the way he always envisioned. An engrossing epic, every cent of the reported $300 million budget is on screen, as Sam Worthington's marine is transported to another world, and another body. Our Movie Editor Mike Sheridan had a chance to catch up with Worthington, as well as co-stars Zoe Saldana and Stephen Lang in London, and found them super-excited about the production. Worthington curses a couple of times through-out the interview (like a true Aussie), for the easily offended.

AVATAR (Cert 12A) is released in Irish cinemas from 17th December. For more see www.avatarmovie.com
