Yes, straight to video - never a good sign. Former US president (Hackman) retires to his home town of Mooseport, Maine, and is convinced to run for mayor. In the interests of democracy, local hardware store owner Romano decides to run against him - cue political mayhem, spin and dirt-digging. Poorly scripted, this is a waste of Hackman's comic talents.
