High-speed mayhem involving an LA gang that likes to rip cars off and burn rubber. Depending on how you view the car-chase movie staple, this is vacuous, testosterone-burning nonsense or it's full-on, hi-tech auto art. My advice? Strap in, park your brain in neutral and enjoy the ride.
