Fearless Leader (De Niro) leaps from an animated world into reality and attempts to take over the world, only to be foiled by Rocky Squirrel and Bullwinkle Moose. Unless you're familiar with the original cartoon, this is a tiresome exercise. And De Niro's claim to greatest actor of his generation is even further diminished.
