Ireland, 1780. With no inheritance to speak of, dashing chaps Lapaine and Rhys resort to kidnapping their eligible women. Based on the rather dubious premise that all women secretly wish to be ravished by masked highwaymen-types, this could have been an interesting psychological study in kidnapper-captor dynamics. It isn't.
